To change your patterns is to change your life. Duchess is here to help you along this journey providing support that meets you where you are.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of one hour is required for this service. If additional time is needed, Duchess is flexible and can send the remaining balance due via invoice. If payment cannot be rendered upfront, please inform us. If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the anticipated time. Cancels made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
